Book your Home Inspection

When you can book; How much does it cost?
   A typical Home Inspection takes 3-4 hours.  The value of attending, to you, as the client, is substantial so please make the time!  Bring your spouse, a family member or a trusted friend to help you remember what you see and to ask questions you may overlook during the inspection.  Bookings are typically made for 9:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday through Friday. Appointments on Saturday or Sunday at 9:00 am can be arranged based on availability.

   The first task in the process is to sign the Inspection Contract.  This is for the client's benefit as much as the Inspector's since it clearly defines what standards are to be followed.  If you are short of time or cannot attend the inspection, the contract can be faxed or emailed to you ahead of time.  Or, download a copy from our website from the link below.  Please call us if you have any questions or concerns and we will be happy to discuss them with you.  If you wish to make a booking online please do so.  Fill in as much of the information as you can in order to facilitate the initial information gathering phase of the inspection.  We require 5 working days notice to confirm online bookings!

   Cost can vary from property to property so please take a look at the table on the "Our Services" page or call for a firm quote.  We accept cash, cheque, VISA or AMEX;  Payment is due upon completion of the inspection.
