Pete Moody offered exceptional service to help us understand some of the areas that we should offer attention to in our new home. His inspection was both comprehensive and educational. He solidified our decision to purchase this home by clarifying any areas that require attention and helped us gauge their significance and even offered tips on how to improve areas. The package we were given which concludes all of the findings was worth the cost alone. I would never recommend anyone purchase a new home without an inspector and if I could offer a recommendation; simplify your search and trust DSG. Thanks again!
